TF-600
Description：
The TF-600 MINI THERMAL is a gas flow meter based on the Constant Temperature Difference (CTD) principle. It controls the power ($R_w cdot I^2$) supplied to a heated RTD to maintain a fixed temperature difference with the gas. This required heating power is directly proportional to the mass flow rate, which is then accurately measured. The unique circuit compensates for temperature effects, enabling high-precision measurement over a wide range.
