STF-600
Description：
This model was developed as a small thermal mass flow meter to provide multiple functions. Customers can select Air, N2, O2, and Argon 4 types of gases on the front panel key operation. Customers can also select 0~5V or 4mA ~ 20mA analog output and select different unit on the front panel key operation. This device can be accessed from a remote location through RS485 / ModBus. There are also models to include valve to limit maximum flow rate。
